Good morning!  This is Monday, January 22, 2018. This is B week. We are in periods 6,5,3,4,2,1

Please stand for The Pledge of Allegiance.

I pledge allegiance

to the flag,

of the United States

Of America

and to the Republic

for which it stands,

one nation under God,

indivisible,

with liberty and justice for all.

Please be seated for 30 seconds of silent meditation.

Good Morning Patriots!!!

Students as a reminder skateboards, scooters and bicycles are not to be ridden on campus or in the parking lot at any time.

This year we are competing against Cadwalleder Middle School to raise money for the Make a Wish foundation. In the month of January, Student Council will be selling paper slips for a dollar to make the biggest chain we can as a school! Together we can beat Cadwalleder and support children with terminal illnesses!

Any students who are wearing their Make A Wish bracelet may be excused to lunch early with teacher permission we will continue this until March 5th.

Students, if you are looking for a safe and accepting place to be yourself, or would like to support the LGBTQ community, then you should join the S.A.F.E Squad. Students Advocating For Equality. SAFE SQUAD meets every Tuesday after school in room 201. If you have any questions ask Ms. Deborah in the counseling office.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting for boys interested in playing soccer on January 25th at 6:15 pm in the Theater. Tryouts will be on January 30th and February 1st at 3:35 on the field.

There will be a mandatory informational meeting for parents of girls that are interested in playing softball on January 25th at 6 pm in the library. Tryouts will be January 30th and February 1st after school.

Keep up the reading and may your House be on top next week. All participants need to do is scan the QR code on the handout or go to my library website at https://leavittlibrary.weebly.com/reading-challenge.html

Students in order to help speed up the lunch lines, please have your sides picked out before you get to the window. The lunch special for today is BBQ pulled pork. Thanks for your help.

Thank you and have a Monday!
