Good morning!  This is Wednesday, April 4, 2018. This is A week. We are in periods 1-6


Please stand for The Pledge of Allegiance.

Students as a reminder skateboards, scooters and bicycles are not to be ridden on campus or in the parking lot at any time.


Students please keep all food in the quad or cafeteria during lunch time, only water will be allowed on the field.


Liderazgo, you had the most house points last quarter and earned a house party on Friday, April 6th. In order to get into the party you must wear your house shirt or hoodie, you will not be able to get in without a Liderazgo shirt or hoodie.


All students interested in Student Council must pick up a packet from Mrs. Krier in room 823 or Mrs. Pedego in the counseling office. All applications are due April 10th.


I hope everyone enjoyed their Spring Break.  We read over 30,000 for the past two weeks. Liderazgo led this week with 7,949 pages followed by Dobrota with 7,698 pages. Points are awarded as follows: 5 for Liderazgo,

4 for Dobrota, 3 for Kaliq, 2 for Ujasiri, 1 for Muteki. The following random readers will receive a prize from Mrs. Lyman.  Stop by the library and pick it up. Dobrota: Ashlyn Adcox, Serena Rees; Kaliq: Mrs. Moss, Andrew Gardner; Liderazgo: Delores Williams, Laureana Boshell; Muteki: Allison Bean, Grace La Tella; Ujasiri: Davin Olson, Christian Mantilla. Keep up the reading and may your House be on top next week. All participants need to do is scan the QR code on the handout or go to my library website at https://leavittlibrary.weebly.com/reading-challenge.html 


Students in order to help speed up the lunch lines, please have your sides picked out before you get to the window. The lunch special for today is Teriyaki Chicken with Rice. Thanks for your help.

Congratulations Girls Softball Team for another wonderful victory against Molasky Middle School. Great job to Karmela Korte and Kelsy Sharapan  for pitching and catching another shutout game!!!!!!

Softball Girls play away game tomorrow against Johnson Middle School.
