The survey is for parents with students in grades K-12. If you have more than one child in the Clark County School District (CCSD), attending the same school, please complete one survey only for the eldest student in each school.
The survey asks you to check areas that affected your decision to allow your child to walk/bike to school. With this information, we are able to advance the safety education programs we bring to the schools and improve areas along walking/bike routes to your child's school. The survey will only take a moment and does not ask for any names, however, there is a place for comments at the bottom.
