Daily Attendance

Daily attendance is not only important to your child’s success in school, but it is a state law and district policy for all students to attend during all times that public school is in session. Any student with 10 unexcused absences for any class will be denied credit per CCSD Regulation 5113 and 5123.

PLEASE NOTE* ONLY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MAY FILL OUT THIS FORM. EMAIL AND CONTACT INFORMATION MUST MATCH INFINITE CAMPUS RECORDS FOR THE PARENT/GUARDIAN.
